We regularly defend clients in court, typically in copyright infringement, trademark infringement and unfair competition proceedings, including against intermediaries like ISPs or IPTVs.

COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS

We draft and negotiate agreements for the exploitation of contents, such as content licence, content production, product placement, publishing and advertising sales agreements.

ADVERTISING

We check the client’s advertising campaigns to ensure compliance with applicable laws. We also assist clients in procedures before the Italian Advertising Authority and the Italian Competition Authority.

CONSUMER LAW

We provide advice as to the compliance of the client’s T&Cs with applicable consumer laws.

DATA PROTECTION

We provide advice as to the compliance of the client’s data processing with applicable privacy laws, e.g. in respect of their marketing campaigns or their employees policies. We also assist clients in data protection disputes, both before courts and before the Italian Data Protection Authority.
