Management of anti-counterfeiting programs on a national scale for software houses, associations of software producers and broadcasting companies, including injunction proceedings against telecoms and hosting providers
Advising on e-commerce and trademark filing for start-up companies in the field of retail
Advising leading international companies developing and distributing software and cloud computing services, with regard to copyright, data protection and data management issues
Advising a leading Italian company active in the design, production and sale of electronic products in the drafting of software development and licensing contracts
Assisting companies active in different market sectors, including by drafting e negotiating NDAs, IP licence, agency, outsourcing, distribution, supply and sub-supply, sales agreements
Advising on labelling for a company operating in the food sector
Advising on data protection issues Italian and foreign companies active in different market sectors, including the role of external DPO;
Advising an international company active in the videogame localisation sector for the drafting and revision of contracts for the supply of services and goods in the field of artificial intelligence
Advising start-up companies in the field of artificial intelligence for video games (review of license and service agreements)
